Chuck heads to Kangiqsujuaq, Nunavik, for a hunting experience of one of the region's most iconic animals, the seal. He accompanies the experienced hunter, Markusi Qisiiq, on his boat to learn the traditional method of using a harpoon for the kill. As soon as the seal surfaced for air, they had to strike. After bringing the seal to shore and beginning to field dress the animal, Chuck got his first taste of raw seal meat. Chuck and Markusi enjoy grilled seal meat to end the journey.
