Chuck heads to Dettah, a Dene community in the Northwest Territories, for some net fishing with Bobby Drygeese, whose camp sits on the shores of Great Slave Lake, known for its giant trout and abundance of fish. Despite not catching any trout, the pair manages to pull in other fish, including whitefish, which they cook into fillets topped with a roe sauce and a side of potatoes from Bobby’s garden.
