In Quebec’s Côte-Nord region, Chuck fishes for salmon and cooks with Audrey Ringuette and Krystle Rosalie Regis, two Innu women from Uashat Mak Mani-utenam. Audrey brings Chuck to the Mishta-Shipu river, where he makes another attempt at the very difficult process of salmon fishing. With Krystle, he cooks delicious fish served with Scots lovage pesto, and a dessert of sea buckthorn berry fritters with cloudberry butter and lingonberries.
