Chuck meets Rocky Sands in Walpole Island in Ontario to fish perch. Rocky has been a guide since his childhood and has taken diplomats, politicians and even Neil Armstrong for hunting and fishing experiences. After about an hour of waiting, Chuck catches his first perch! It is time to head home to cook. Rocky makes a batter with milk, eggs and Ginger Ale. Chuck cuts morels they harvested earlier and cooks them with butter and olive oil. The Sands family sit in the kitchen and enjoy the meal.
