Chuck drives up to Susa Creek in Alberta where he meets Vivian McDonald who takes him moose hunting. The duo does a lot of driving and walking, as they don’t call the moose to come to them; they actively search for it. Vivian teaches Chuck how it is important to respect the animal and why it is better to hunt them in the best conditions even if it means returning empty-handed. At the end of the day, they enjoy Vivian's classic recipe in front of the camp, under the Alberta sun.
